Exhibit/Vendor Rental Space for two days: 6-foot Table + 2 chairs
*Vendor is required to submit 1 Raffle gift (preferably in basket form) valued at $30

Saturday June 4th ………...         1pm – 8pm                   Set up time: 10am – 1pm

Sunday June 5th ………….          10am – 5pm                  Set up time: 9am – 10am

All exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for the set up and take down of their exhibit as well as table coverings and décor.


* As of the beginning of 2022 and as per the Alberta Government, all vendors now must have individual vendor insurance per event.

Due to the high volume of vendors, the town of Stony Plain will only accept ONE form of coverage from us, meaning, we will have to have every individual vendor put on our coverage, this works out to being a little over $20. We will only be charging you $20 flat.

 

By signing this registration, I am committing to being in attendance. I am aware that in the event I choose to cancel, I will not be entitled to a refund. Any last-minute cancellations, early packers or No-shows will not be welcomed back.

I am a strong believer in the fact that our traffic count is high when we all work together to advertise.
I expect all vendors to participate in social media advertising and our Facebook event page by sharing, liking and inviting guests. The only exception to this rule would be in the event you do not have a Facebook account. This is our BEST mode of advertising and requires everyone’s participation to see success.
